Loope announced he was out in an e-maipl sent May 11 to friends, supportere and colleagues. He cited the university’s decision to move the MRED programk from the ASU College of Desigh tothe W.P. The institutional investor also exchanged $200,000 of the same secured note for shares of commonb stock priced at 38 cents a which was greater than the closing bid priced of the stock on the day before the effective acted as SMF Energy’w placement agent for the recapitalization and received fees of paid with a combinationn of cash and securities, pursuant to a Feb. 1 investmenr banking agreement. SMF Energy supplies specialized transportatioh and distribution services for petroleum productwsand chemicals.
