That growthu was driven by Southwest, which posted a 25 percenr increasein passengers, and which reported a 12 percent increase. BWI held fairlh steady with its regional as Washington Dulles International Airportr sawa 10.2 percent drop in passengeras and Ronald Reagan National Airport’s passengere totals fell by 8.5 percent.
